"Tired was putting it mildly. I felt like every bit of will I had to stay conscious was leaking slowly from my body like a balloon with a pin-sized hole. For being labled as the pacifist in the group--the one who would rather talk than fight--I seem to be doing more actual work than any of my brothers. Maybe it's cause I'm really the only one who knows how to do that stuff...but...it's not like they really try. On top of fixing the turtle van, the bike, Mikey's sewerboard, inventing, and fixing the regular household appliances, I'm also sought after for a shoulder to lean on, an ear to listen, and a mind to theorize and plan. Quite frankly, it's very tiring, and I've been sleeping more lately. I think maybe I've been neglecting a few things too...like fixing that toaster...or was it the microwave that was fritzing...either way it doesn't matter. I'm too tired to really think about doing more work, let alone doing it...
I'll just rest a bit longer..." this is my favorite so far. Hope you enjoy it. review please...it helps me know what I'm doing right and wrong. <3 |
