Oh yes...it's that time of year again...the time I race home to be with family, to endure their love and their unbelievable ways of starting arguments, to enjoy time with myself and no schoolwork...with no TV in my room and no real desire to have one...
Right now it's only me and my Nintendo DS...OH YEAH!!!
nah...not really...okay...yah...really...Just me and the handheld game sysytem. *sigh* And some books...and my laundry to wash...and my drawing stuff.
I wanna draw some more REAL bad. I don't really know what yet (so ideas are very much welcome and appreciated), but I think I'll get something eventually.
An update on mah life...
As of now I am medicated and loving it. I started my anti-depressants about a month ago and they have done wonders. I don't cry at all now for no reason, or lay around and brood or mope, or have such uncontrolled apathy that I I just sit around and waste time...I'm not actually GLEEFULLY HAPPY all the time, but I'm not unhappy about that in the least. I am stable, clear headed, less likely to be brought down SIGNIFICANTLY by something mundane, and I am emotionally (most of the time) content with myself and the world around me.
With these changes in mah life, comes better relationships with my friends, myself, and my family. It's made me quite optimistic about the whole situation. ^_^
With that being said, I want to thank all ya'll who have stuck with me and continued your support even though I've taken a hefty hiatus from drawing for pleasure.
I will be posting the final products of my paintings, prints, and ceramic works from this semester so you all can see I ain't a complete slacker ^_~
